Ingredients
1 3oz pkg cream cheese room temp
1 cup mayo
1 tbs onion finely chopped
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 loaf thinly sliced french baguette

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl mix cream cheese,mayo,onion,parm cheese and cayenne pepper.
In the oven toast the baguette slices until light golden brown. 3-5 minutes. Dollop the cream cheese mixture on top of each bread slice. Sprinkle with paprika Bake an additional 5-7 minutes until golden and puffy on top.
