Ingredients

4 medium tomatoes

1/2 red onion

1 green pepper

1/2 cup chopped cilantro

1 tbsp dried crushed red pepper

1 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp Cayenne pepper

1 tbsp Tabasco sauce

1/2 cup pasta sauce

1 tbsp sea salt

Preparation

De-seed the tomatoes.

Dice the tomato flesh up small, same with the onion and pepper.

Cut up the fresh cilantro into tiny bits, mix everything in a bowl.

Add all the spices in with the pasta sauce and tabasco, mix thoroughly until it’s even.

Pour ingredients into a little pot, put on low heat, and make sure to stir regularly! Cook until onions are translucent.
