Ingredients

8-10 jumbo shrimp

2 T. butter

2 T. EVOO

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp. rosemary

1 tsp. oregano

1 tsp. basil

1/2 tsp. paprika

2 T. lemon juice

Egg noodles

2 T. butter

1 tsp. dill weed

Preparation

Peel shrimp leaving on the tail. Melt butter in a frying pan. Add all the ingredients but the shrimp. Stir to blend and then add the shrimp. Stir the spices to coat the shrimp. Cook over med. high heat until they turn pink. (3-5 min.) Melt 2 T. butter. Cook egg noodles for 10 min. until tender. Pour 2 T. melted butter over noodles. Sprinkle with dill weed. Place shrimp on side. Serve with a salad.
