2 Bob Evans ground Hot & Zesty sausage (12 oz each)
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
1 tomato
1 green or red pepper diced
1 onion diced
1 jalapeno finely chopped (or 5 slices from jar, 10-12 for more heat)
1/2 small can green chilies
Preparation
Brown sausage with onions & drain Add cream cheese, sour cream and mix well Add veggies and mix well Cook for 3/4 hour in mini crockpot on low Serve with Scoops or tortilla chips
