Ingredients
50 counts Prawns, cleaned and de-shelled
1 Onion
3 Green chillies, chopped
1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp White Vinegar
1 tbsp Chilli garlic sauce
1 tsp Cornflour
1/2 cup Chopped Green portion of the spring onion
1 tbsp Olive oil
Salt to taste
Preparation
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Add the cleaned prawns. sprinkle the salt over it. Mix and saute for 3-4 minutes. Keep aside.
In another pan, add some oil, add the chopped green chillies. saute for a minute. Then add the chopped onion along with the chopped green portion of the onion. Fry for 2 minutes. Now add the tomato sauce, vinegar, chilli garlic sauce. Mix well. Now add the fried prawns and add 1 cup of water. Stir. Add cornflour dissolved in water. Allow it to boil.
