Ingredients
1-2 heads romaine lettuce
1 lb ground turkey
1-2 cans of Cajun Style black beans (you can use any beans, but these are nice and spicy)
a few crumbled tortilla chips per plate
a bit of salsa for topping
Preparation
cook turkey any way you like, breaking it up as you cook, drain (could even rinse) chop up lettuce heat up beans arrange onto 2-4 small plates: chopped lettuce, turkey and beans, chips and salsa enjoy!
