Ingredients
12 Chicken wings
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup hot red pepper sauce
kosher salt
Preparation
Dry wings thoroughly and season with kosher salt. Fry wings in oil until golden and crispy (about 10 minutes).
In a separate bowl, melt the butter, add the hot sauce and heat thoroughly. Immediately toss hot wings into sauce.
Serve hot wings with blue cheese dresing.
