Ingredients

550ml water

9pcs hotate(clams),washed & cleaned

4-5tbsp kanesa shiro miso

1tbsp hondashi

spring onion,sliced thinly

wakame(different form of seaweed)

ingre b (optional):few drop of ryori sake(japanese cooking wine)

few drop of mirin(japanese sweet wine)

Preparation

1)bring water to boil.add kanesa shiro miso & mix well.add hondashi. 2)finally add hotate,wakame,& small amount of ingredients b.boil for another 1-2minutes. 3)sprinkle some spring onion on top & Hotate Miso Soup is ready to be served.
