Ingredients
Quinoa:
1 cup quinoa
2 cups broth of choice
Polenta:
3 cups water
1 cup polenta
Basmati Rice:
1 cup rice
1-1/2 cup water
Bulghur:
1 cup bulghur
1-3/4 cup broth of choice
Preparation
Quinoa: Bring broth and quinoa to a boil. Simmer 15-20 minutes.
Polenta: Add polenta to boiling water. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Let stand off heat for 5 minutes.
Basmati Rice: Rinse rice until water comes clean, about 5 rinses. Bring water and rice to boil. Simmer covered 10-15 minutes.
Bulghur: Bring bulghur and broth to a boil. Simmer 15-20 minutes.
