2 garlic cloves peeled

2 tbs white wine

1/2 chicken broth

1 tbs lemon juice

12 slices wheat bread, toasted

12 leaves of romaine

8 tomato slices

12 thin red onion slices

to make spread heat olove oil over med-high heat add garlic and cook for one minute add wine and cook for 1 min, add broth and cook until thickened (3-4 mins) transfer to food processor-add lemon and salt-puree set aside to cool and thicken use remaining ingrediants to make 4 sandwichs placing slice of bread in the middle add spread
