Ingredients

2 eggs

1 garlic clove

1/2 green pepper, chopped

tomato sauce (no salt added ))

1 tablespoon olive oil

salt to taste

Preparation

Pour in a small saucepan the olive oil, and the garlic. Cook it in low temp. Remove the garlic after it is golden. Add the green pepper and let it cook for a minute in medium heat. Reduce heat to low, add the tomato sauce. After a minute add the eggs, previously beaten. Turn off the stove as soon the eggs begin to set.
