Ingredients

1 15oz can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 lemon, juiced

1 tablespoon roughly chopped fresh parsley

1 clove garlic, peeled

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon dark Asian sesame oil

1/4 cup tahini

6-8 grinds of pepper

1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/8 cup water

Preparation

Combine ingredients in food processor or blender.

Garnish with olive oil, paprika and parsley.
