Ingredients
2 cans (15 ounces each) garbanzo beans, drained
3 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
1 tablespoon ground cumin
Juice of 1 lemon
1 large clove garlic, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation
Place all ingredients in the mixing bowl of a food processor. Puree until smooth. Taste for seasoning. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with Seasoned Pita Chips.
