Ingredients

1- 15 oz can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)

2 - TBL olive oil

2 - TBL balsamic vinegar

2 - TBL lemon juice

2 - TBL Tahini

1 - tsp cumin

Options:

garlic

onion

rosemary

chili powder

Preparation

if using fresh garlic/onions, mince and lightly saute in a bit of olive oil

put all ingredients in food processor and let her rip!

season to taste with salt/pepper and whatever else suits your fancy….
