Ingredients

3 Cloves of Garlic peeled

1 Can of Chickpeas drained (reserve juice)

1 ½ t Salt

¼ C Tahini

Pepper and Cayenne to taste

2 Lemons

¼ C Scallions chopped

Preparation

In a food processor mince the garlic. Add the chickpeas and grind until finely chopped. Add the salt and tahini and blend until a smooth paste. If needed, drizzle in the chickpea liquid or olive oil to add moisture. Spice with the pepper and cayenne and/or the juice of the lemons or any other mix in.
