Ingredients
1 can chick peas (I prefer Progresso)
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon Tahini (sesame paste)
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup oil
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1/8 cup iced water
a sprinkle of ground cumin on top with parsley sprig
Preparation
Wash and drain chick peas. Add above ingredients in food processor or blender at high speed for 7 minutes. Drizzle a tiny amount of iced cold water while processing to smooth dip. Sprinkle cumin over top. Garnish with parsley sprig. Add more seasonings to taste.
