Ingredients

1 can garbanzo beans

1 Tbsp. tahini

juice of 1/2 lemon (or to taste)

2 Tbsp. minced garlic

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup olive oil (or to desired consistency)

Preparation

Add garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice and garlic to a food processor. Begin to combine on low speed. Slowly add olive oil until you get the consistency you like. Serve with fresh vegetables or warm pita bread.
