Ingredients
2 cloves garlic
3 green onions
15 oz can garbonzo beans
1/4 cup tahini (stirred)
3-4 tsp. lemon juice
1 T olive oil
1/4 tsp cumin
dash of chili powder, paprika, salt & pepper
extra olive oil and fresh parsley for garnish
Preparation
Pulse Garlic & Onions in food processor.
Add the rest of the ingredients and puree. (Add more oil for a smoother consistency)
Drizzle extra olive oil and fresh parsley
