Ingredients

2 to 3 Garlic Cloves

1 Cup Garbanzo Beans

1/3 Cup Tahini

2/3 Cup Plain Yogurt

2 1/2 Lemons, Juiced

Salt to Taste

Paprika (garnish)

Preparation

Put all ingredients (save Paprika), in a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with paprika and serve.
