Ingredients
1 14oz can chick peas - drained and rinsed
1/4 C Tahini Paste
2 cloves garlic - crushed and chopped
1 T cumin
2 T olive oil
less than 1 T salt
juice of 1 lemon
water
Preparation
In food processor blend all ingredients except olive oit and water. Add olive oil and then water until desired texture is achieved. Other ingredients, such as peppers and/or artichoke hearts or spinach may be added.
