Ingredients
Combine in a blender or food processor:
2-15 oz cans chick peas(drained)
1/3 C Tahini
1/3 C Roasted red peppers
1/2 C Marinated Artichoke hearts
1/3 C fresh lemon juice
3 large minced clove of garlic
Preparation
Puree adding liquid from marinated artichokes or water as needed to right consistancy. Salt to taste.
For dipping, chips, Broccoli or caulifour, carrot, cucumber slices, etc.
To spice it up substitute 2 fresh Jalapeno peppers or Habaneros depending upon degree of hotness desired.
