Ingredients
1 head green cabbage
2 onions
butter
salt to taste
1 pound extra broad egg noodles
Preparation
- Dice cabbage, salt to taste, and let sit for an hour.
- Cook egg noodles and drain. 3.Saute onions in butter in a large pot, medium low heat. When onions are translucent and soft, add cabbage. Cover and cook for ten minutes.
- Add noodles and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Add salt and butter and serve.
