Ingredients

2-lb round steak, cubed

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

2 T flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 1/2 tsp paprika

10 3/4-oz can tomato soup

1/2 soup can water

1 c sour cream

Preparation

  1. Mix meat, onion powder, garlic powder, and flour together in slow cooker until meat is well coated.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Stir well.
  3. Cover. Cook on Low 8-10 hours, or High 4-5 hours.
  4. Add sour cream 30 mins. before serving.
  5. Serve over hot noodles.
