Ingredients
1 cup of boiling water
1 chicken cube (low sodium)
4 ounces of V8 Juice (low sodium)
Extra Large Drinking Cup
cayenne pepper
Adittional: spinach or greens
Preparation
On microwave boil cup of water with chicken cube for 2 minutes or so. Transfer to a larger 16 oz cup. Add the V8 and sprinkle with a bit of cayenne pepper. Sit down finish watching TV while zipping on this fabulous Midnigh Hunger!
*substitute chicken cube with beef cubes for variation
