Ingredients
2 6 ounce cans Hunt’s tomato paste
3 cups water
2 tablespoons dry minced onion
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 beef bouillon cube
1 pound spaghetti, cooked and drained
grated parmesan cheese
VARIATION SUGGESTIONS:
add 1/4 cup dry red wine
add 1/2 cup sliced sauted mushrooms
add 1/2 pound italain sausage or ground beef
add 1 green pepper, diced
Preparation
Combine all ingredients expect spaghetti and parmesan cheese in a heavy 2-quart saucepan. Cover, simmer 20 minutes. Stir occasionaly
Serve over hot cooked spaghetti Sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese
