Ingredients
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 t salt
1 t pepper
tabasco and garlic to taste
1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup sour cream
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
Preparation
Cook and drain spinach. Mix with all other ingredients. Cover and chill. Serve with fresh vegetables as a dip.
