Ingredients
extra virgin olive oil–spray on foil
salmon fillet
lemon juice sprinkled on salmon
montreal or La Grille spice sprinkled on salmon
fresh dill
garlic–sprinkled around Salmon
SAUCE
low fat yogurt or sour cream
fresh dill
capers
low fat mayo
Preparation
place salmon on the sprayed pan and sprinkle with lemon juice, dill, spice and surrounded by garlic Sauce finely chop dill and add capers, mayo and yoghurt. Blend or stir together
