Ingredients
Basic vanilla
for 1 gallon
4 eggs
1 cup cream or canned milk
1 tsp vanilla
for 1 1/2 Gallon
6 eggs
1 1/2 can milk
2 1/2 cup sugar
1 T vanilla
Possible varieties to basic vanilla recipe:
5 bananas mashed up with a fork
1 pkg frozen strawberries
1 1/3 - 1 1/2 Cup sugar
red food coloring
2 pkg peaches
1 1/2 cup sugar
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into the freezer and add milk to the line marked on the can. Put can into freezer bucket and attach crank/motor. While turning, add a layer of crushed ice and sprinkle rock salt over it. Repeat until you get to the top. Turn until it is hard. Add more ice and salt to keep the bucket full.
