Ingredients
2 packets of Malt Biscuits or other plain / uniced biscuits
600ml pouring thickened cream
395g sweetened condensed milk
1 large packet of filling (your choice - violet crumble, peppermint crisp, maltesers, cherry ripe etc)
Preparation
- Mix the cream and condensed milk well (about 5 mins) with an electric beater
- Fold in filling
- Lay baking paper on a ~20cm x 30cm ceramic/glass dish and lay biscuits down
- Pour in mixture
- Lay biscuits on top and put in the freezer
