Ingredients

2 packets of Malt Biscuits or other plain / uniced biscuits

600ml pouring thickened cream

395g sweetened condensed milk

1 large packet of filling (your choice - violet crumble, peppermint crisp, maltesers, cherry ripe etc)

Preparation

  1. Mix the cream and condensed milk well (about 5 mins) with an electric beater
  2. Fold in filling
  3. Lay baking paper on a ~20cm x 30cm ceramic/glass dish and lay biscuits down
  4. Pour in mixture
  5. Lay biscuits on top and put in the freezer
