Ingredients

1 tbsp. sugar

1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

1 to 2 tbsp. soft fruit

1/2 cup whole milk

Additional:

1/2 cup rock salt ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Open pint size zip bag. Add sugar, vanilla, and soft fruit. Seal bag tightly and mix ingredients well by squeezing with fingers.

  2. Open bag again and add milk. Squeez out extra air and zip bag tightly. Mix ingredients well.

  3. Opan a gallon size, zip bag. Add rock salt and fill half way with ice cubes.

  4. Put sealed pint-size bag inside the gallon bag and seal well.

  5. Shake the “bag in a bag” for 5 to 10 minutes or unitl the liquid has changed to ice cream.
