Ingredients

40 chocolate cookie wafers-crushed (by Nabisco-1 pkg)

1 qt Coffee ice cream

1 qt Vanilla ice cream

½ lb English toffee candy (8 Health bars)-chopped

9" Spring form

Fudge sauce

12 oz semi sweet chocolate bits

1 cup heavy cream

3 Tbs. instant coffee and a little water

Preparation

Put semi sweet chocolate bits and instant coffee together in a double boiler and melt. Add cream when cool.

Soften ice cream. Oil springform. Spread ½ crushed cookies on bottom. Spread coffee ice cream, ½ crushed candy, ½ drizzle fudge sauce, rest of crushed cookies, vanilla ice cream, rest of candy and top with rest of sauce.

Put in freezer to harden.
