Ingredients

1 quart of vanilla ice cream

1/4 cup of Barilla balsamic vinegar

1 pint of fresh strawberries - sliced

Preparation

Pour the balsamic vinegar into a small sauce pan. “Reduce” it over medium-low heat until it is the consistency of thin chocolate syrup.

Rinse the strawberries under running water.

slice the strawberries.

Scoop the ice cream into the bowls.

Sprinkle the strawberry slices on top.

Drizzle about 1/2 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar over each dessert.
