Ingredients#
1 quart of vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup of Barilla balsamic vinegar
1 pint of fresh strawberries - sliced
Preparation#
Pour the balsamic vinegar into a small sauce pan. “Reduce” it over medium-low heat until it is the consistency of thin chocolate syrup.#
Rinse the strawberries under running water.#
slice the strawberries.#
Scoop the ice cream into the bowls.#
Sprinkle the strawberry slices on top.#
Drizzle about 1/2 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar over each dessert.#
