9 oz Water
Preparation
Take 3 oz of the water and place in the freezer. Allow to stay there until texture and appearance of water changes and resembles a sold.
In the meantime place remaining 6 oz of water in a ‘glass’*. Add hardened water from freezer. Dump down sink and get beer.
