Ingredients
For 6 - 8 people
4 Cucumbers, peeled and seeded
1 cup yogurt
2-4 tablespoons dill or to taste
1-2 clove garlic chopped
2 cup sour cream
salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
In a blender or food processor, add cucumbers, garlic, yogurt, sour cream and half of the dill. Puree well season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill. At serving time garnish with remaining dill
