Ingredients

half a head of cabbage, shredded

2-3 carrots, finely shredded

2 tablespoons sesame seed

1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds

1/3 cup slivered almonds

2 teaspoons flax seed

2 green onions, chopped

1 stalk celery, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

1/3-1/2 cup frozen peas

1 package crunched Ichiban Noodles

Dressing:

The chicken flavouring from the Ichiban Noodles

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

9 tablespoons vinegar

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Toss together all the salad ingredients. Mix seperately the Dressing ingredients. Put on the dressing just before serving.
