Ingredients

4 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup icing sugar

1 3/4 cup icing sugar

1 egg white

1 tablespoon boiling water

Preparation

Beat well the butter and the 1/4 cup icing sugar. Add the remainder icing sugar, egg white and Beat till fluffy. Then add the 1 tablespoon of boiling water. Spread on cooled Easter Paska bread. Sprinkle with colourful sprinkles.
