Ingredients

5.5 oz dark chocolate

1/4 c. strong, prepared, cooled coffee

4 eggs

1 tbsp finely grated orange peel

4 tbsp whipped cream

Preparation

  1. Break the chocolate and put the chunks in a bowl. Place the bowl over boiling water until the chocolate has melted.
  2. Add in the cooled coffee.
  3. Fold in the egg yolks one at a time.
  4. Add the orange peel.
  5. Beat the egg whites into hard foam in a separate bowl, then add it to the rest and mix.
  6. Cool in the fridge.
  7. Top with whipped cream and serve!
