Ingredients

4 Tilapia fillet

4 cups of cooked couscous

1 Red pepper sliced

1 Green Pepper sliced

2 Tbsp Minced garlic

1 Tbsp Olive oil

2 tbsp of chicken stock powder or 1.5 cup of chicken stock

Pepper flakes to taste

Preparation

Cook couscous (see package instructions) make about 4 servings

1- In a large skillet heat one tbsp of olive oil on medium- high heat then add 2 tbsp of minced garlic. 2- Add green and redd pepper and cook until tender 3- Add Chicken stock into pan 4- Add Tilapia filet Cook until fish is flaky 5- Add pepper flakes if you like it spicy 6- Put one cup of couscous on each plate and top it with the fish and sauce!
