Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 eggs
2 packages 8oz. cream cheese
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon lemon peel
Topping
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation
Grease and flour pie pan. Preheat oven to 350
Put ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour into pie pan and bake 30 minutes. Cool then apply topping.
