Ingredients

For Pudding:

1 Lb Broad Noodles

1/4 Lb Butter

3/4 Lb Cottage Cheese

1/4 Lb Cream Cheese

1 C Sour Cream

3 Eggs

3/4 C Milk

3/4 tsp Salt

1/4 C Sugar

1/4 tsp cinnamon

For Topping:

1/2 to 1 C Corn Flakes, crushed

1/4 Lb Melted Margerine

3/4/ C Brown Sugar

Preparation

Boil noodles and drain well. Add butter and cheese ingredients and mix together. Mix in eggs and all other ingredients. Pour into large greased pyrex dish. Sprinkle on topping and bake for 1 hr at 300F.
