Ingredients

1 T Cumin Powder

1 T Sweet Paprika

1 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

1 T Turmeric

1 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

2 1/2 tsp. Salt

2-3 cloves Garlic, pressed or finely minced

6 T Lemon Juice

3 T Vegetable Oil

3 1/2 lb Skinless Chicken (with or without bones, I use 2 breasts and 4 thighs)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400’ F.

Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl. Whisk to combine.

Spread paste on chicken, or preferrably, marinate for a couple hours.

For boneless chicken, bake for 10-15 minutes, turn, bake 15 more minutes.

For bone-in chicken, increase cooking time to 20-25 minutes on each side.
