Ingredients

Olive oil

3 teaspoons fennel seeds

2 teaspoons mustard seeds

5 cardamom pods crushed

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1" in fine sliced fresh Ginger

2 cloves garlic chopped

1 med onion peeled and chopped

2 chile peppers, sarrano or jalopeano

2+ teaspoon tarmac

1.5 tablespoon butter

12 oz can coconut milk

Juice from 1 lemon

1 LB protein

Preparation

Heat oil and fry seeds, garlic, onions and chilies. Add turmeric, butter and meat. Add milk and 12 oz water. Simmer 5 minutes, add lemon juice and simmer another 15 minutes.
