Ingredients

4 cup basmati rice (cooked)

1/2 green pepper

1/2 yellow pepper

1/2 red pepper

1/2 tomato

1-2 bunches of green onions

1-2 jalapenos

8-10 pieces of bacon (sliced)

4-5 cloves of garlic (minced)

4 eggs

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Sauce for rice

1/2 bunch green onions

1 Tbs minced garlic

1 jalapeno

soy sauce to cover

Preparation

1 With oil in a frying pan add chopped garlic until darkened followed by bacon and jalapenos. Meanwhile beat 4 eggs in a bowl with a bit of salt. 2 Pour into a large pot with hot oil on the bottom. Stir until eggs are scrambled then slowly add and stir in rice then add green onions. 3 In the frying pan add cayenne pepper. Cook for a few 5 or so min. then combined all ingredients into the pot of rice.
