Ingredients

16oz plain yogurt

1/4c lime juice

2 cloves of garlic chopped or pressed

2tsp salt

1/4tsp tumeric

1/2tsp coriander

1tsp ground cumin

1/2tsp dry mustard

1/2tsp curry powder

1 1/2tsp ground ginger

1/8tsp cayenne pepper

3 whole split chicken breasts or 3 chicken hindquaters (skinned)

1 large onion

1 large green pepper

Preparation

In a large bowl combine:

yogurt, lime juice, garlic, salt, tumeric, coriander, cumin, ginger, mustard, curry powder, cayenne

Stir to mix, add chicken pieces and toss to coat. Cover mixture with peppers and onions. Chill at least 8hrs.

Prepare a medium hot to hot charcoal grill. Grill and turn chicken pieces until done (15-20min for breasts, 20-25min for hindquarters. Baste with marinade throughout cooking. (Can use an oven broiler instead of grill)
