Ingredients
4 cups jasmine rice
3 cardamom pods
1 to 1 1/5 t. turmeric
1 large can chicken broth
1/8 t. sweet curry powder
Preparation
Remove cardamom seeds from pods and crush with mortar and pestle. Add all ingredients to rice cooker with enough extra water to cover the rice to a depth of one inch. When done, stir to mix cardamom seeds throughout. Enjoy!
