Ingredients
1 medium onion peeled
3/4 tsp salt
4 tsp lemon juice
1 T paprika
1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
Preparation
Cut onion crosswise into paper-thin rings and put rings into a bowl. Add all other ingredients, toss and mix. Set aside for 30 minutes or more before eating in order to let the flavors blend. Serve with papadums
