Ingredients

1 bunch asparagus

2TBS Ghee

1/4 tsp. tumeric

1/4 tsp whole mustard seeds

1/8 tsp. cayennes pepper

1/8 tsp ground black pepper

salt to taste

Preparation

In standard skillet, boil enough water to cover aspagus. Add asparagus to boiling water, boil for 3- 4 minutes and drain. In same skillet melt ghee and add spices, simmer under medium heat while stirring 2 minutes. Return asparagus to skillet and stir with the ghee/spice mixture to warm through.
