Ingredients

4 bonless, skinless chicken thighs

2 T tumeric

2 T cumin

2 T corriander

1 T chili powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Line baking sheet with foil.

  2. Place chicken on plate. Mix the spices in a small bowl. Sprinkle half of the spice mixture on chicken, turn over and sprinkle remaining half of spices on chicken.

  3. Heat grill pan over medium heat. Brown chicken 3-5 minutes per side. Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes.
