Ingredients

1 cup wild rice

2 cups water

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 red pepper diced

4 green onions chopped

2 TBS vegetable oil

2 TBS soy sauce

1 cup snow peas

2 TBS rice vinegar

2 TBS brown sugar

2 TBS curry powder

1 TBS grated fresh ginger

1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves

1 apple sliced

1 TBS chili sauce (if you like it hot)

Preparation

cook rice, raisins,ginger and curry in water for about 40 minutes or until done. remove the ends of the fresh peas put in rice pot when rice is done to steam combine all other ingredients into bowl add rice mixture let sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours
