Ingredients
1.5# semi-sweet chocolate
.5# Butter
13 eggs
15 egg yolks
13oz sugar
7oz ap flour sifted
Preparation
melt the butter in a bowl over a water bath, add the chocolate and melt . In a separate bowl combine both eggs and sugar, add the egg mixture to the chocolate mixture, fold in the sifted flour. Butter the mold and sprinkle with sugar. Fill the molds 3/4 full. Bake at 375 8-10 minutes.Cool and remove from the mold turn upside down.
